Yale University School of Engineering & Applied Science (SEAS) is a highly selective school within the Ivy League. It has an acceptance rate of just 6.9%, making it one of the most competitive schools in the country. The average SAT score for accepted students is 1520, and the average ACT score is 34. According to US News & World Report, Yale’s undergraduate engineering program is ranked 8th overall in the nation, and its graduate program is ranked 11th overall. The school offers a diverse range of courses, including chemical and biomolecular engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science and engineering, and applied physics. Yale also provides a variety of joint degree programs with other schools in the university.
